Refund Policy

At CMeubles, we value your satisfaction and want every piece you purchase to meet your expectations.

Returns & Refunds:

  • Refunds are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.

  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable once production has begun.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
